Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies we use on adstalent.co (the “Site”), why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site recognize your device on future visits, remember settings, keep you signed in during a session, and measure how the site is used. “Similar technologies” include pixels, tags, web beacons, and local storage entries that perform equivalent functions.

First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by a service embedded in the site (an analytics tool, an ad network, a chat widget). Both are common; both are governed by this Policy.

How You Control Cookies

You choose which categories of cookies run on your device. Three categories are used on this Site:

  • Necessary. Always on. These cookies keep the Site functional, remember your cookie choice itself, and support basic security. They cannot be turned off through the preferences panel.
  • Analytics. Aggregate usage measurement so we understand how the Site is used and where to improve it. Does not include advertising identifiers.
  • Marketing. Advertising measurement, conversion tracking, and third-party embedded tools such as the on-page chat widget.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or where a Global Privacy Control browser signal is present, Analytics and Marketing cookies are off by default and only run after you affirmatively opt in. For visitors elsewhere, including the United States, Analytics and Marketing cookies run under an opt-out model and can be turned off at any time.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions differ by browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking all cookies will limit or break parts of the Site.

Cookies We Use

The following table lists the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site. Precise names and lifetimes may vary as vendors update their SDKs; we update this table when material changes occur.

Necessary

  • adstalent_consent (AdsTalent, first-party). Stores your cookie preferences and the timestamp of your choice. Lifetime: 12 months.
  • adstalent-admin (AdsTalent, first-party). Present only for authenticated administrators of the Careers section. Lifetime: session or up to 7 days if you selected “stay signed in.”

Analytics

  • _ga (Google Analytics 4, third-party). Distinguishes unique visitors. Lifetime: 24 months.
  • _ga_HTLDQRCLDN (Google Analytics 4, third-party). Property-specific identifier for our GA4 account. Lifetime: 24 months.
  • _gid (Google Analytics, third-party). Distinguishes users for session-scope reporting. Lifetime: 24 hours. Set only if the newer GA4 identifier is unavailable.

Marketing

  • _gcl_au (Google Ads, third-party). Google Ads conversion linker. Lifetime: 90 days.
  • _gcl_aw, _gcl_dc (Google Ads, third-party). Set when a visitor arrives from a Google Ads campaign. Lifetime: 90 days.
  • Cadrey chat cookies (Cadrey AI, third-party). Set by the on-page chat widget when it loads. Names and lifetimes are documented in Cadrey’s own cookie policy. Lifetime: session to 12 months depending on functionality.
  • OneCal cookies (OneCal, third-party). Set only if you open the OneCal booking iframe on our schedule page. Lifetime: session to 12 months.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because no consistent industry standard has emerged. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request under state privacy laws that recognize it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as tags on the Site change or laws evolve. Material changes will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where required, a notice on the Site.
