Commission-Only Sales Closer

AdsTalent helps Boise businesses get found online through SEO, AI visibility, and paid media. We have demand. We need someone who can close it. This is a commission-only seat for an experienced closer who wants real upside and zero ceiling. You run the conversation, handle the pushback, and bring back signed agreements. No base salary, no script to babysit, no cap on what you make.

Responsibilities

• Work warm and self-sourced leads from local business owners (HVAC, dental, legal, plumbing, roofing, and more).
• Run B2B sales conversations by phone and in person, and make the value of our services obvious to owners and decision-makers.
• Own the full cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, close.
• Negotiate terms and close deals that hold.
• Keep your pipeline and follow-ups tracked in our CRM.
• Feed lead-quality insights back to the marketing side so the pipeline keeps getting better.

Experience

• Proven B2B or inside sales track record with real closes you can point to.
• Strong objection handling. You have heard “let me think about it” and turned it into a yes.
• Comfortable running your own pipeline in a CRM without being chased.
• Clear verbal and written English.
• Marketing or tech sales background is a plus, not a requirement. Hunger and follow-through matter more.
• Self-starter who manages their own schedule and their own numbers.

Compensation

• 100% commission. No base. No cap.
• 50% of the client’s first month, paid once the deal is established and the client has paid twice.
• One-time per deal. Your earnings scale with how many clients you close, not how long you stay.
• Top closers set their own income here.
