Dwight Davis
Scrappy. ROI-first. Twenty years of getting customers to call.
Dwight Davis started AdsTalent in Austin, Texas in 2006, out of necessity rather than ambition. He wanted to know which channels actually produce revenue, and the fastest way to find out was to run them himself, for real businesses, with real money on the line.
He began much earlier than that. In his mother’s basement with an IBM PC Jr, before personal computers were normal, writing databases on green screens while the first digital revolution turned industries over. He has worked through every platform shift since: client-server, the arrival of search, social, mobile, and now answer engines. That is the reason he is unbothered by the current one.
Across his career he has built demand for AT&T, the Houston Chronicle, Salsa Labs, IBM, TSheets, Intuit and RingCentral, and for several thousand small businesses that never make it onto a logo wall. He has run marketing inside large organizations and he has run a business where the phone not ringing is a personal problem. The second is the one that shapes how AdsTalent works.
He personally manages roughly $450,000 a month in paid media. Not oversees, manages. It is the reason the programs here are built around what a dollar returns rather than what a dashboard reports.
Receipts, not slogans

How the work gets done
Strategy from me, execution from specialists
I set the strategy on every account and I am the person you talk to when something is not working. The execution runs through a bench of certified channel specialists, because an SEO strategist who has shipped 500 campaigns will out-execute a generalist every time. That split is deliberate. You get senior judgment on what to do and specialist depth on doing it, which is not a combination a small business can usually buy at this price.

Send the website. You get back what is holding it down in search, what your competitors are doing that you are not, and what it would take to fix. If that is useful we can talk. If it is not, keep it.
